Welcome to our Mental Health & Wellness Parent Portal. This is a virtual space for the A&L 305 United caregiving community to receive resources and information for supporting their own mental health wellness as well as the mental health and wellness of their children.
Our Student Support Team will continue to add resources that provide information on various topics related to emotional health and healthy coping, including stress management, grief/loss, parenting and self-care, and local community mental health resources.
